Shaver Lake Cabin Rentals offers a variety of Long Term Rentals available for 6 months to 1 year leases. Month to month (less than 6 months) rentals can be negotiated and a higher rate applies. All of our properties are located within minutes of the lake at Shaver and a scenic drive to China Peak for year round outdoor activities. Shaver Lake is 45 minutes to Fresno, Clovis and Fresno/Yosemite Airport. Shaver Lake is a great place to call home!

The Owens Condo in Bretz Mill is a lovely, furnished, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom and is offered  at $800/mo plus utilities.  A refundable Security Deposit is required.

The Ackerman/Davis cabin in the West Village rents fully furnished for $900/mo, plus utilities and a Security Deposit. It is a cute 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 3 stories.

Abbey's Loft is also located in the Bretz Mill Condo community and rents for $900/mo plus utilities. 1 bedroom and 1.5 baths. Security Deposit required.

Bear's Den has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a loft. Located in Sierra Cedars, the monthly rate of $935. Renter to pay utilities and Security Deposit.

Haire Condo is a cute 1 bedroom, 1 bath in Bretz Mill Condos. This pretty little condo rents for $850/mo with a long contract. Renter to pay a refundable Security Deposit and all utilities.
